Cheese Sauce(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 1-quart casserole dish.
    Stir in flour and salt.
    Gradually blend in milk, stirring constantly.
    Cook on Medium-high for 3 minutes or until thickened.
    Stop and stir with wire whisk 3 to 4 times during cooking.
    Add cheese; stir well. Cook on Medium-high about 1 1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
