Bananas Foster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small ripe bananas
    2/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. butter
    dash of ground cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. banana liqueur
    3 Tbsp. rum
    vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Peel bananas and cut in half lengthwise and then crosswise. In a skillet or chafing dish heat brown sugar and butter over medium heat until mixture melts.
    Add bananas to the sugar mixture and cook, uncovered, for 3 to 4 minutes, turning once.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle liqueur on top.
    In a small saucepan, beat rum until warm.
    Ignite and pour rum over banana mixture. Serve over ice cream.
