*Dough For Pita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. unbleached flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    1/2 lb. margarine or butter
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt in a large mixing bowl and make a well. Slowly add the water, working the mixture with your hands until the water is absorbed and a soft dough has formed.
    Let dough rest for about 20 minutes.
