Carrot Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. oil
    1 lb. thinly sliced carrots
    1 large onion, chopped
    2/3 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    5 whole cloves
    white pepper to taste
    4 c. chicken broth
    dill weed to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Add vegetables, garlic and sugar.
    Cook, covered, over low heat for 10 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add cloves, pepper and chicken broth; boil.
    Reduce heat and cook 20 minutes. Remove cloves.
    Process ingredients in blender until pureed. Sprinkle with dill weed.
