Potato Salad With Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Russet potatoes
    2 c. diced tomatoes
    1/2 c. diced yellow or green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped red onion
    1/4 c. chopped cilantro
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced jalapeno
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 ??? fresh cilantro leaves
    3 green onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Cook potatoes about 25 minutes in boiling water; drain and rinse.
    Halve potatoes lengthwise and cut each half crosswise; combine tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, chopped cilantro, jalapenos and olive oil in a bowl.
    Season salsa to taste with salt and pepper.
