Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 well-beaten egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. oil or melted shortening
    1 c. fresh blueberries*
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into bowl.
    Make a well in the center. Combine the egg, milk and oil or shortening; pour into well.
    Stir quickly just until moistened.
    Add blueberries.
