Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 cans tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 pt. cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook beef, onion, garlic and oregano in oil for 5 minutes, stirring often.
    Add soup, water and vinegar.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
