Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 egg yolks
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/4 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    5 egg whites
    10 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix together the first 6 ingredients.
    Pour into 2 raw pie shells.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until set.
    Beat egg whites; add 10 tablespoons sugar.
    Spread on pies; return to oven only to brown meringue.
