Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can enchilada sauce
    flour tortillas
    Monterey Jack cheese
    Cheddar cheese
    1 small can chopped olives
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    meat filling*
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    *For
    beef
    enchiladas,
    brown meat first.
    For chicken enchiladas, boil chicken 30 to 45 minutes, then shred.
