Beefalo Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beefalo
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs (optional)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    4 oz. American cheese, shredded (1 c.)
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine with 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
    Fill pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Toss cheese with Worcestershire sauce.
    Sprinkle on top.
    Bake 10 minutes more. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
    Regular beef can be used.
