Veggie Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 bell peppers, (red, yellow or green), diced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tsp. olive oil
12 oz. soy/meat alternative crumbles
1 Tbsp. chili powder or more to taste
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the peppers and onion and heat until they soften. Add remaining ingredients. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
