Breakfast Tacos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped red pepper
1 chopped onion
2 celery ribs, finely chopped
6 eggs, beaten
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
flour tortillas
picante sauce
Preparation

Brown sausage in pan; drain.
Add hash browns, peppers, onion, celery and eggs.
Mix.
Butter a large 13 x 9-inch or larger casserole or spray with nonstick spray.
Place mixture in casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Top with cheese and heat until melted.
