Smoked Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
    3 oz. smoked salmon, cut in small pieces
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion or fresh chives
    1 tsp. fresh lime juice
    1/2 c. fresh parsley, minced
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and smoked salmon until well blended.
    Add onion or chives plus lime juice.
    Place in small bowl or form into ball.
    Refrigerate 1 hour or longer.
