Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. Crisco
1 egg, well beaten
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix 2 cups flour, baking powder, salt and 1/2 cup sugar.
Cut in shortening.
Combine egg and milk; add to flour mixture, stirring until mixture is blended.
Turn into greased, 9-inch pan. Spread dough evenly.
Top with melted butter.
