Cornbread-Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. diced bacon
    1 c. diced onion
    2 c. diced celery
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    4 c. crumbled cornbread
    2 c. white dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Heat margarine in heavy skillet over low heat; add bacon, onion, celery and seasonings and saute until tender.
    Combine with cornbread and white bread in bowl.
    Mix thoroughly and stuff loosely in turkey.
    Yields enough for 10 pound turkey.
