Ingredients

1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. oleo, softened
1/2 c. oil
1 egg
1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. regular oats
1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine sugars, oleo, oil, egg and vanilla in a large bowl; mix well.
Add flour, salt and cream of tartar.
Add to creamed mixture until well blended.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Shape dough into small balls, or drop by spoon onto cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
