Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 beaten egg
    2 c. very warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Melt margarine, cream and sugar in bowl.
    Add egg.
    Add yeast to cream mixture.
    Add flour.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Place in airtight bowl.
    Place in refrigerator. Drop by spoonfuls in greased 2 1/2-inch muffin pans and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
