Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large shells
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and water squeezed out
    1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    1/2 lb. cottage cheese (small curd), drained
    3 garlic cloves, crushed
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. tomato sauce
    2 c. coarsely grated Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Boil pasta until
    firm,
    rinse\tand
    drain.
    Saute
    the sausage and break up
    into small pieces.
    Mix with the drained spinach, drained cottage
    cheese,
    garlic, lemon juice, grated cheese, salt, pepper and
    oregano.\tStir in beaten egg.
    Stuff the shells with this mix
    and
    place in a greased baking dish. Top with tomato sauce.\tBake at
    350\u00b0 until all is hot and the cheese melted, about 20 minutes.
