Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 oz.) pkg. corn bread mix
12 oz. small curd cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 sticks softened oleo
16 oz. chopped broccoli, frozen and slightly thawed
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients (reserve 1/4 cup grated cheese) and pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan or 22 muffin pans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until firm and lightly golden brown.
In last 5 minutes of baking, you may put grated cheese on top.
