Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. salt
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. oil
2 tsp. food coloring

Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients together in medium pan.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Cook over medium heat, stirring, for 3 to 5 minutes.
Will turn into a ball.
