Lemon Dijon Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 orange roughy fillets
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (Atkins brand)
    1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. premium, multi-grain crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cut fillets in half and arrange in lightly greased pan.
    Mix mustard, butter, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
    Spread mixture over fillet halves.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs on fillet halves.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    Serves 2.
