Grandma'S Hot Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cornmeal (self-rising)
    2 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. chopped jalapeno pepper
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    3 eggs
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix well and bake in greased Pyrex dish or skillet at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
