Lemon Daffodil Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

juice of 4 to 6 lemons
1/2 c. sugar
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. whipping cream
1 small commercial angel food cake
Preparation

Combine juice, sugar and condensed milk.
Add whipping cream. Tear cake into small pieces and line the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
Pour mixture over cake and mix together (just a little).
Chill for 24 hours before serving.
Serves 8 to 10. Freezes well.
Great in summer.
