Rockin' Roller Nibbles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 ripe bananas
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. peanuts
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. cashews
1 c. regular oats
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Puree bananas
in blender.
In a bowl, combine bananas, nuts, coconut, oats and sunflower seeds.\tSpread evenly in a 9 x 15-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with oil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Stir to
separate;\tbake for 10 minutes, stir again. Bake for 10 minutes longer.
Cool.
