Magic Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    2 2/3 c. (28 oz. jar) mincemeat
    2 c. (1 lb.) mixed candied fruit
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Butter a 9-inch Bundt pan.
    Line with waxed paper.
    Butter again.
    Sift together flour and baking soda.
    Set aside.
    Combine eggs, milk, mincemeat, fruits and nuts; mix well.
    Fold in dry ingredients.
    Turn into pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
    (Check center with toothpick for doneness.)
    Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
    Turn out, remove paper and cool.
