Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 c. onions, chopped fine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (16 oz.) c. sour cream
    1 stick margarine, melted
    salt and pepper
    1 c. grated Mild Cheddar cheese (add more if you want to)
Preparation
    Let potatoes thaw just enough to break apart easily.
    Add other ingredients except butter.
    Stir well.
    Pour into medium size long dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cook the first 15 minutes with foil over top.
    Remove foil and continue cooking, usually 1 hour or until golden brown.
