Stuffed Baked Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sweet potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. English walnuts, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    12 marshmallows
    juice of 1 orange
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until done.
    Cut potatoes lengthwise and scoop out of shells.
    Mash potatoes, adding butter, salt and orange juice.
    Stir in pineapple and walnuts.
    Refill half shells with mixture.
    Cut marshmallows in half and place two halves on top of each potato half-shell.
    Place in hot oven until slightly browned on top.
