Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 lb. beef roast
    1 can beer
    1 1/2 Tbsp. basil leaves
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
    1 jar Vlassic pepperoncini
Preparation
    Cook on stove for 3 to 4 hours, covered, at very low heat or in a crock-pot all day.
