Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken
    4 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/2 pt. light cream
    white pepper to taste
Preparation
    Simmer chicken until done. Remove from broth and remove skin and bones.
    Dice chicken.
    Add water, if necessary, to stock to make 1 quart.
    Melt the butter in a saucepan.
    Stir in the flour and paprika.
    Add chicken stock, stirring constantly. Add the light cream and white pepper to taste.
