Quick And Easy Pepperoni Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread dough
3 to 4 oz. sliced pepperoni
4 to 6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 to 3 Tbsp. Parmesan, grated
1/2 c. spaghetti or pizza sauce
sauteed pepper and/or onions (optional)
Preparation

Thaw frozen bread dough.
Pat dough into 12 x 15-inch rectangle on floured surface.
Spread sauce in middle of rectangle.
Evenly place pepperoni in several layers in the middle, 3 to 4 inches of dough rectangle.
Sprinkle with cheeses.
Close dough lengthwise enclosing filling, pinching seams well.
Close and pinch together ends.
Place seam side down on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
