Bacon And Cheese Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon
    6 slices American cheese
    8 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook bacon.
    Drain.
    Curl one slice, chop 4 slices and leave others whole.
    Cut cheese into halves and arrange in bottom of lightly buttered 9-inch pie pan.
    Beat milk and eggs with fork. Add chopped bacon.
    Pour over cheese.
