Italian Garden Saute - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
2 c. sliced zucchini
1 c. whole kernel corn
3/4 c. bell pepper strips
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
pinch of black pepper
1 c. coarsely chopped fresh tomatoes
Preparation

Melt butter in 10-inch skillet.
Add zucchini, corn, pepper, onion and seasonings.
Saute over medium heat until vegetables are tender (8 to 10 minutes).
Gently stir in tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are hot, yet firm.
Serve immediately.
