No Cook Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place egg white, sugar and cream of tartar in a bowl.
    Add boiling water slowly.
    Beat at high speed until peaks stand up. Add vanilla just before whites are stiff enough.
    Makes enough to frost a large cake.
