Spanish Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small eggplants
    2 onions
    1 can tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil chopped onions 5 minutes.
    Add diced eggplant and cook until tender.
    Add tomato soup, butter, salt and pepper.
    Heat and serve.
