potatoes, cubed and cooked
flour
salt and pepper to taste
shredded cheese
milk
Preparation

Place in casserole dish cooked potatoes; then on top of potatoes, layer a little flour, salt, pepper and shredded cheese. Continue to repeat layers until casserole is near full.
Pour enough milk just to cover approximately 1/2 of the potato mixture. Bake approximately 30 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
