Blueberry Gems - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl; set aside.
    Combine eggs, vanilla, oil and milk.
    Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
    Pour in the liquid mixture.
    Stir until well mixed. Fold in the blueberries and stir 1 minute.
    Put batter into muffin tins, filling about half full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Yield:
    2 dozen.
