Spanish Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
dash of pepper
1 1/3 c. instant rice, uncooked
Preparation

Combine tomato sauce, water, onion, green pepper, butter, salt, sugar, mustard and pepper in pan.
Cover and bring to a boil.
Stir in rice.
Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
