Sausage Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Break sausage into small pieces; mix with Bisquick and cheese (with hands is easiest).
    Form into small balls the size of a quarter; flatten slightly.
    Bake about 10 minutes.
    This can be done ahead and frozen.
    No need to thaw before baking.
