Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. canned pumpkin (one 16 oz. can)
    3 1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 c. cherries, chopped
    raisins may also be added
Preparation
    Mix eggs and sugar well.
    Add remaining ingredients (except nuts and cherries).
    Blend thoroughly for 2 minutes with mixer or in processor or beat with spoon.
    Add nuts and cherries to mixture, blending with spoon.
    Bake in greased and floured three 1 pound loaf pans or large Bundt pan.
    May be served with whipped cream cheese or whipped cottage cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Cake is done when it springs back from touch or test with toothpick.
