Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg, separated
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. unsifted flour
colored sugars
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. whipping cream (unwhipped)
Preparation

In mixer bowl, beat margarine, sugar, cheese, egg yolk, 1/2 teaspoon almond extract, vanilla and salt until well blended.
Add flour; mix well.
Chill 2 hours on floured surface; knead dough to form a smooth ball.
Divide into thirds on floured surface; roll out each portion to 1/8-inch thickness.
Cut into desired shapes. Place on cookie sheets and brush with slightly beaten egg white and sprinkle with colored sugars.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 7 to 10 minutes.
Cool.
