Jerky(Beef, Deer, Goat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground meat
    3 tsp. heaping garlic salt
    5 heaping tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    4 tsp. black pepper
    3 tsp. liquid smoke
    3 tsp. soy sauce
    soul seasoning
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients in a large container with cover. Remove from container every day for two days and knead.
    After second day, measure out portion (almost soft ball size).
    Pat out and place between wax paper, then use rolling pin to roll out to a very thin piece less than 1/4-inch.
    Remove top layer of wax paper and place on oven rack face down.
    Remove last piece of wax paper. Sprinkle with soul seasoning.
    Place rack in oven at 180\u00b0 for 6 hours or longer.
    Meat must be dry, but not hard.
    Cool; cut in desired lengths.
