Old-Fashioned Cooked Cheese The Easy Way - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices plain Swiss cheese
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    dash of salt
Preparation
    In top of double boiler, break the cheese into small pieces. Add oleo, milk, flour, caraway seed and salt.
    Cook over boiling water until mixture is well blended and smooth.
    Makes a good spread on crackers or rye bread.
