Maple-Pepper Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (1-inch thick)
    1/3 c. thawed apple juice concentrate
    1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/3 c. maple syrup
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dry sage, crushed or 1/4 c. fresh sage, snipped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. coarsely ground black pepper
Preparation
    In a large self-sealing bag, mix together the apple juice concentrate, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, sage, salt and pepper.
    Add pork chops and seal bag; refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
