Rachel'S Polish Sausage Meal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. oil
16 oz. can white beans, drained
16 oz. can tomatoes
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 lb. sausage (Polish)
Preparation

In skillet, saute chopped onion in oil for 5 minutes.
Add white beans (drained).
Add tomatoes (juice, too) and dill weed. Simmer 5 minutes.
Chop tomatoes and add sausage, sliced in 1/4-inch rounds.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
