Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

In pot, add beaten egg yolks, milk, sugar, cornstarch, margarine, salt, and vanilla.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
Remove from heat. Add coconut.
Mix well. Pour into a baked pie crust.
