Congo Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter, melted
    1 lb. light brown sugar
    3 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt butter and add sugar.
    Cool.
    Beat in 1 egg at a time. Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Spread in greased 10 x 15 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
