Cinnamon Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large carrots, cut into thin slices
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. apple juice or white wine or white grape juice
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    pinch of nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook carrots in boiling water 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Heat carrots and parsley thoroughly. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
    Stir and cook 1 additional minute.
    Serves 4.
