Ingredients

1 to 2 fresh jalapeno peppers
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, diced
1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, diced and drained
1/3 c. red pepper, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1 to 3 Tbsp. snipped cilantro
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a bowl except small can tomato sauce. Pour into blender and blend slowly to desired thickness (blend in 3 to 4 small batches at a time).
Mix in bowl and add some tomato sauce until desired consistency.
Enjoy with regular or fat-free chips.
