Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1 egg, beaten
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 slices fresh bread, crumbled
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat egg; add crab and butter.
Mix gently.
Refrigerate for 1/2 hour to firm up.
Form into patties.
Saute in butter until brown.
Serve with potato or pasta salad.
