Braised Liver And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef liver
    flour
    1 large onion, sliced
    beef bouillon
    butter
Preparation
    Roll liver in flour.
    Brown on both sides and put in baking pan.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Cover liver with onions and then pour bouillon over liver.
    Do not cover completely.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 until fork-tender.
    Salt to taste.
